GearCheck has developed an interface concept in the field of wind turbine gear technology. With the help of an interdisciplinary combination of special technologies and the associated experts, we provide support services to our customers that range from initial fault messages right through to recommissioning systems after repair.

Co-operation with partners for condition monitoring (CMS) ensures that we receive early notification from sound level measurements of the gears. Our subsequent inspection via state-of-the-art video endoscopy allows us to prepare real-time diagnoses and fault analysis.

Our supervisors and mechanics organise and carry out all necessary repairs ranging from the replacement of gearbox bearings to the replacement of the gears or the drive train.

This interface concept enables GearCheck to offer unique, manufacturer-independent services. Our customers enjoy the professional cooperation with one single partner which leads to less downtimes and higher availabilities of their wind turbines.
